You will love your new items as much as we loved creating them. But if your order doesn't work out as planned, all U.S. orders have free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
- Missing tags or labels
- Excessive wrinkles
- Excess animal or human hair
- Markings or stains (i.e. deodorant, food, liquid, etc.)
- Odors (i.e. smoke, cologne, detergent, dander, etc.)
By submitting a return request, you agree to the terms mentioned above. To submit your request, log in and request your return through the Orders portal.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will begin processing after we approve your return. Once approved, refunds can take between 3-5 business days, depending on the issuer behind your payment method.
I received my return confirmation, but no refund...
Did you check with your payment issuer? Once your refund starts processing, your payment issuer will have record of it, even if the refund does not show on your online statement yet. If the payment issuer has no record, check your e-mail. We may have sent you an update on your return or exchange.
How can I make an exchange?
Exchanges follow the same requirements and procedures as the returns. You can exchange for size or color! If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock, then you will be notified via e-mail and a refund will be issued.
Is the shipping cost refundable?
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Are gift cards refundable?
Gift cards are not refundable. But don't worry, the giftee will love these premium t-shirts!
Can I return or exchange clearance items?
Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
What about international orders?
International orders are eligible for returns only. International customers are responsible for any shipping fees incurred by the return process.
